  • GET Search Property Listings /api/v1/property_listings.xml

    This request returns property listings for a given area. Enter either a postcode or one area value

    Parameter	Value	Type	Description
    postcode		string	The full numerical postcode or outcode for an area of interest.
    area		string	The name of a location of interest.

  • GET Average Sold Prices /api/v1/average_sold_prices.xml

    This request returns the average sale price for a particular sub-area type within a particular area. Enter a postcode value, for testing we have enabled County combined with Streets, Towns and Outcodes. Or you can sample Outcode combined with Postcodes and Streets.
