Input parameters

This method requires the standard input parameters, including a session ID, along with the following mandatory parameters.

Parameter name Description
property_id
 The ID of the property which this request relates to.
property_type

The type of property, which must be one of the following:

  • detached
  • link_detached
  • semi_detached
  • terraced
  • flat
  • end_terrace
  • maisonette
  • mews
  • town_house
  • cottage
  • bungalow
  • farm_barn
  • park_home
tenure

The tenure of the property, which must be one of the following:

  • freehold
  • leasehold
  • share_of_freehold
num_bedrooms The number of bedrooms located at the property.
num_bathrooms The number of bathrooms located at the property.
num_receptions The number of receptions located at the property.

Generated output

In addition to the standard are location parameters, the output parameters detailed below are also generated.

Key name Description
estimate A Zed-Index for the associated property based on the information provided in the request.
upper_estimate Upper bounds of the estimated Zed-Index for the associated property.
lower_estimate Lower bounds of the estimated Zed-Index for the associated property.
confidence On a scale of 1-10, how accurate we perceive the new Zed-Index to be.
